A Player Alumni Resources representative will contact you within two business days of receipt of your request.

Alumni Participation rates do not include golf fees, charter fees, or non-local travel and lodging, if applicable.

Upon booking an event with Player Alumni Resources, an invoice will be forwarded to you and payable prior to the event. If unforeseen events cause a cancellation, please cancel at least 14 days in advance to ensure a 100% refund. Cancellations received 7-13 days prior to the event will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations received with less than 7 days notice will not be eligible for a refund. However, in the event that the golf course or fishing charter is not operable due to weather, Player Alumni Resources will make every effort to reschedule your event.

In the unlikely event a Player Alumni Resources team member cancels a scheduled event due to an unforeseen conflict at the last minute, we reserve the right to find a suitable alumni team member replacement to fill the event. If no substitute is available, you will receive a full refund.
